Why our industry is different

Look, I get it.  It sucks to be so focused on numbers, on percentages.  I mean, think about it.  If you were a medical doctor, you don’t pay attention to telephone inquiries, tours, and I bet you don’t ask for referrals.

How to get more referrals

“Tell me about your referral process?”

“Um, well we give a free month to members who refer people.”

“Okay, but that is not a referral process.  That is a referral program.”

“what’s the difference?”

“A process a system that leads to names and numbers.”
