Why our industry is different

Look, I get it.  It sucks to be so focused on numbers, on percentages.  I mean, think about it.  If you were a medical doctor, you don’t pay attention to telephone inquiries, tours, and I bet you don’t ask for referrals.

Trials, tribulations, and Prisoners.

On any given week, I talk, text, email, facebook, etc., with at least 50 different gym owners, managers, and employees.  Just like with your members, I love 80% and would like to slap 20% of them across the face. 

I know I have made a lot of progress convincing most of them to make their staple marketing message, and in fact, really their only marketing message:  “30 days for $xx.00”

You Snap Fitness people, I empathize with you.  The powers that be at headquarters have decided for you what that amount is.
