Love hate

I hate:   Trainers who care more about their next workout than they do about their client’s success.

I love:  People who always see the bright side in everything.

I hate:  Gym owners who are lazy.

I love:  Gym owners who know how to lead.

Your gym is different, but not your business

Of course, you believe that your gym is different.  And you are probably right.  Your GYM is different.  But your business systems and processes are the same.

You have a product and/or service.

You package it and market it.

You sell it.

You service it.

That’s it.

Exercise programs based on science

If I told you that for about the same price as a monthly simple access membership, you could have access to a tool that would help you design exercise programs, match trainers with clients, AND most importantly, help your members get the most out of their exercise programs, would you be interested?

If the answer is yes, read on.  If the answer is no……………………………this isn’t possible.  Right?

Dum Spiro Spero

As I sit here in a one room office, no windows, complete silence, I have many things running through my mind.  I am thinking about three new clients I am working with.  I am thinking about a client I have had for a while who was two seconds away from implementing the training centric model, only to have his newly hired AND trained Director of Training (assessor) quit for the 10 dollar gym down the street.  I am thinking about how I am going to pick up heavy stuff at a Snap Fitness later this morning, and then go try out my brand new golf clubs before visiting my sister, brother in law, and three little nephews.

And while I am sitting here, breathing in and out, I am full of hope.
