A story about owning a fitness business

When I opened a small gym in 2008, it was only weeks after the economy started tanking.  Many Americans were afraid, and my fear was amplified due to a 200K business on the line.

We hit break even in less than a month, and were off and running only weeks later.

About three years after we opened, we sold the gym for a decent profit.  I was living 80 miles away and my business partner was about to be traveling a ton.

Definitely a murderer

Steven Avery is as guilty of murder as Blair Walsh is of missing a 27 yard field goal against the Seattle Seahawks last Sunday.   Avery, a dimwitted trailer dweller from Manitowoc Wisconsin, spent 18 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.  That sucks.  I can’t imagine what that must have felt like.  But I can tell you this:  If Steven Avery wasn’t a hooligan, the kind that burns a cat alive, and whips his cock out to a female cousin, the police, despite the victim’s description of her assailant closely matching Avery, would not have pursued him as the rapist as aggressively as they did.  My point:  You burn a cat alive, you are already leaning towards being a serious felon.

Why do they need you?

The top 7 reasons why people join a gym are:

  1. Improve health

  2. Lose weight

  3. Feel better

  4. Look better

  5. Social (meet people)

  6. Get in shape

  7. Tone up
