What they want, what they need

I have always believed that it isn’t about money.  That if you do what you love to do and do it well, AND you combine all of that with some business training, success will come.

Of course, success is defined differently from person to person.

In my case, as a fitness business coach, success is defined, currently, as not having to rely on working for “the man”, living life on my own terms, running around helping gym owners, get compensated enough for it to afford a basic minimalist lifestyle while imbibing on some decent scotch and a couple of cheap cigars per week.

Social Media Marketing

Fitness businesses need to implement print marketing.  It is still very effective if done properly and consistently.  The key is to stay consistent and persistent.  I design marketing plans for many gyms.  Some are my clients, meaning I speak to them on a regular basis and am able to learn whether they are implementing the plan I wrote for them, or not.  Others, have only requested the plan, so it is harder for me to know if they are following it.  Here’s what I can tell you:
