Snap Fitness, medium sized town, Minnesota

I care about cash flow and maximizing profits.  I care more about that in your fitness business than whether or not joe fatty loses 25 pounds and stops eating chicken wings dipped in some sort of disgusting dressing every Friday night at the sports bar. 

But here’s the problem:  If you don’t work hard to help change lives, your fitness business will most likely fail.  And even if it doesn’t shut down, it will be an underperforming and frustrating entity.

Don't be afraid of a little effort

You own a gym, one that rents equipment for $39.00 per month.  And sometimes, you get frustrated and downright angry when a person doesn’t join, citing that you are too expensive.  You say things to your staff, co-workers, or yourself, like, “Too expensive? Fatty probably spends $50.00 per week on fast food and Monster drinks, and they are bitching about $39.00 per month to add years to their life?”

You’ve seen folks join, and make life changes.  Haven’t you?  Some of them even did it on their own.

If you own or work in a gym, and have been owning or working for more than 6 months, you have witnessed some pretty cool shit regarding member’s results.

Why businesses fail

I know this much:

38% of people are ORGANIZERS.  These are folks who schedule shit, make checklists, and follow rules and procedures well.

The rest of the world………not so much.

I also know that of all business owners, very few are ORGANIZERS.
